Pakistan Intellectual Property Rights law is govern under the shadow of WTO laws. A primary legislation is used to govern a regulatory body in this regard called Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan. As per the law the Intellectual Property rights are divided into ;
Trade Mark, Industrial Designs, Patents, Integrated Circuits, Copyrights, Geographical Indications, Plant Breeders Rights, GRTKF.
