Pakistan Constitution of 1973  is the Primary legislation to run the affairs of the state, this major law of the country is also used to secure the fundamental rights of the people of Pakistan, and Article 199 and Article 194 (3) can be invoked to enforce any fundamental rights of the deprived. Further, the Constitution also provide original jurisdiction to Supreme Court in disputes between the Governments.
